DPP 250 Capsule Pill Blister Pack Machine 380V AC
This product is a new packing machine designed by our company; it
has reached domestic leading level. It is suitable for capsule,
tablet, big honey pill, candy, liquid, paste, syringe as well as
irregular shape Al-plastic, paper-plastic composite and Al-Al
sealing packing in pharmacy, healthcare, food, cosmetics, medical
equipment industry etc. This machine adopts micro-computer PLC,
frequency converter, touch panel operation, high automation; it is
an ideal blister packing equipment. The product passed the
provincial science and technology appraisal.

a. Equipped with optical fiber or inductive self-inspection
mechanism, it can automatically eliminate the waste plate with
missing grains, and the packaging yield can reach 100%. b. The main
drive adopts parallel shaft helical gear reduction box with novel
structure, stable operation, low noise and long service life. d.
Mold nail positioning, pressing plate fixation, mold replacement
convenient and accurate, save packaging materials. e. The fixing,
forming, batch number, indentation and blanking devices of the
heat-sealing station can move freely to adjust the spacing, which
is convenient for correction and easy to operate. f. Manipulator
traction, adjustable travel, suitable for the packaging of
different size plates.Flat structure, can be packaged oval, square,
triangle and other different shape items g.It adopts the newest
type high-power transmission mechanism to arrange the chain and
drive the main driving shaft. The errors and noises of other gear
wheel transmission can be avoided. h.Imported controlling system is
adopted; also it can be equipped with detecting and rejection
function device for number of medicines according to the user’s
requirement. i.It adopts photoelectrical controlling system to make
PVC, PTP, Aluminum/Aluminum material to be automatically fed and
waste side to be cut automatically to guarantee the Synchronous
stability of over- length distance and multi stations. j.It can be
optional equipped with photocell correction device, imported
stepper motor traction and image- character register to optimize
packing grade. k.The machine is suitable for industries of
