Semi-automatic cartoning machine is divided into: carton opening
mechanism, automatic conveying and positioning mechanism, cartoned
product conveying mechanism, hot melt glue machine spray gun, and
automatic box sealing mechanism. The equipment is suitable for the
automatic cartoning and sealing process of carton products.
Features
1. The manipulator automatically grabs the carton, and after
opening the carton in the air, it will fall into the automatic
conveyor chain.

working principle
The semi-automatic cartoning machine feed is generally divided into
three entrances: the manual entrance, the medicine bottle entrance
and the machine package box entrance. The entire process from
machine-pack box feeding to packaging molding can be roughly
divided into four stages: unboxing, opening, filling, and closing.
After the unloading action, it goes down to the main line of the
box. A guide rail is used to fix the carton and a push plate is
used to open the carton. At the same time, there will be two
forward-movable detents rising from below, from the front and rear
directions. Jam the sides of the carton, open the box at a right
angle and move it forward to the filling area. After filling in the
filling area, the mechanism of the machine will fold the ears into
the left and right guide rails, and then perform the closing
action. The pre-closing mechanism will first bend the tongue of the
box, and then a push plate pushes the lid to bend so that the
tongue is inserted into the box and the lock is fastened. The
closing action is a critical action, and the quality of completion
has a lot to do with the structure of the carton and the accuracy
of the machine adjustment.
